Joe and Lori had several issues to consider during the design their new kitchen.
Firstly, they changed the usage of rooms without changing layout.Meaning they put a kitchen into a space that wasn’t intended to suit a kitchen.
The room was awkward for a kitchen design, because there was something happening on every wall.Two walls have large pocket doors in the middle.One wall has a dip outward in the center.And the last wall has a walkway.
With traffic coming into the kitchen from three directions, the overall flow was a challenge too.
To top it off, the room offered limited space with 200 sq ft.
In the end, this kitchen turned out beautifully.We were able to incorporate extra storage into an extremely user friendly layout.
